Softball Pitching Training

Playing Experience:

Alyssa has 7 years of travel ball playing experience. Alyssa started playing travel softball for the Berwyn Bash when she was 11 years old. In high school Alyssa started playing for the Tinley Park Rockers. Alyssa stayed with the Rockers through the end of her travel ball career. Alyssa played in many National Qualifying tournaments along with PGF Level.

Alyssa was a 4 year varsity starter on the Morton Softball team from 2009-2013. At Morton High school Alyssa earned honors as an All-Conference athlete twice, the team’s Most Valuable Player and was a team captain.

Along with 4 years of varsity experience, Alyssa moved on to play collegiate softball. She started her first 2 years at Morton Community College earning a full scholarship. During those two years Alyssa earned 1st team all conference honors twice, along with the MVP award two times. She named a team captain her sophomore year too.

After her 2 season at Morton College, she went on to continue her education and softball career at Robert Morris University. Alysa received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. During her 2 years at Robert Morris, Alyssa received Dean’s List honors. All academic mentions and was named a leader on the Robert Morris Softball team.

Alyssa is currently the Operations Manager at the Willowbrook Burr-Ridge Sports Performance Center along with doing private pitching lessons.

Jenna Boyajian

Softball Catching and Hitting Training

Playing Experience:

Coach Jenna was a 4 year varsity starter at Morton High School. Jenna was a starting catcher and also played the infield. At Morton High School Jenna had First Team All Conference mentions along with being team MVP. Jenna was a team leader on and off the field.

After her High School years at Morton, Jenna went on and played softball for Benedictine University. From the ears 2014-2018 Jenna had 16 home runs, 96 RBIs, 33 Doubles, and 7 triples. Jenna was a 3 year all conference player, 2nd team All-NACC, 2016 NCAA Division III Most Outstanding Player and NCAA Division III All Region 3rd baseman.

Outside of softball, Coach Jenna is a special education teacher. She loves spending time with family and friends!

Amber Buss

Softball Hitting and Fielding Training

Playing Experience:

Coach Amber started playing softball at 4 years old and has been in love ever since! Over the years she’s played every position, but found a home at shortstop. She played travel for the Orland Park A’s and Lemont Rockers for a few years, and moved on to the New Lenox Lightning where she ended her travel career as a metro champion. Coach Amber was a four year varsity starter at Tinley Park High School where she was a part of Tinley Park’s first ever Regional Championship team in 2009. She was awarded All-Conference as well as All-Area, and batted over 400. She moved on to play at Prairie State for 2 years where she was awarded All-Conference and All-Region and Robert Morris for 2 years where she studied Exercise Science.

Coaching Experience:

Coach Amber was a volunteer assistant at Tinley Park for one season. She coached at P3 (Palos Power Premier) for 5 years where, in her final year, assisted in coaching the team to 4 championships, including one PGF. In her final season with P3, the team had a batting average of .360 and a fielding percentage of almost .900.
